Neantix Inc. (“Neantix,” “we”) operates www.neantix.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights over it.
What we collect
- Form submissions — when you fill in a contact, fractional leadership, or talent network form, we receive the fields you submit (name, email, organisation, and free-text details).
- Anonymous analytics — we use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless. No personal data, no cross-site tracking; visitor IPs are hashed daily and discarded within 24 hours. Aggregate metrics (page views, country, device class) are kept for 30 days.
- Local-storage preferences — two small entries
stored on your device only:
neantix-local-theme(light/dark choice) andneantix-analytics-consent(your reply to the privacy banner). Neither is transmitted to our servers.
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry, improve the site, and remember your preferences. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data for marketing. Lawful bases under the GDPR: legitimate interest (analytics; replying to unsolicited inquiries) and consent (banner choice; future marketing).
Who we share it with
We use a small number of vendors to operate the site:
- Vercel — hosting + analytics (US)
- Resend — sends form emails to our mailbox (US)
- Microsoft 365 — hosts the
contact@neantix.commailbox (US/EU) - Hostinger — DNS provider; sees no form content (EU)
Where personal data on EU/UK residents is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on each processor’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Form submissions: as long as business records require, generally up to seven years from last contact.
- Anonymous analytics: 30 days.
- Local-storage entries: stored on your device until you clear them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your data, or object to processing. EU/UK visitors may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. California visitors have equivalent rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of “sale” of personal data — we don’t sell or share data, so this is honoured by default.
To change your analytics choice, clear the
neantix-analytics-consent entry from your
browser’s site data and the banner will appear again.
Updates
We’ll update this policy as our practices change. The date at the top reflects the latest revision; material changes will be flagged on the site.
