About

Where interoperability policy meets production-grade engineering

Neantix was founded to solve a specific problem: healthcare organizations know they need interoperability, but too few partners can take them from regulatory awareness to working infrastructure. We close that gap — combining direct participation in national standards development with hands-on engineering that delivers governed, scalable health data systems.

Our team contributes to the policies and standards that shape healthcare data exchange nationally — including active roles on the Health Information Technology Advisory Committee (HITAC), the USCDI Task Force, and the Interoperability Standards Workgroup (ISWG). We led ONC's Project US@ pilot for patient address standardization and collaborate with CIVITAS Networks for Health on network participation strategy. This is not background context — it is how we stay ahead of what's coming next so our clients don't have to guess.

We work across leading integration platforms and cloud environments trusted by health systems, payers, and public health agencies. And we build our own production-ready solutions — including tools for patient consent management, USCDI compliance monitoring, and FHIR-native clinical data access — that accelerate the outcomes our consulting engagements target.

Neantix is built for organizations that need interoperability judgment backed by engineering discipline — not just additional development capacity, and not just another strategy deck.

Our Vision

Healthcare data exchange should be reliable, governed, and invisible to the clinicians and patients who depend on it. Our work is aimed at making that the default — not the exception.

Interoperability That Works in Practice

Too many interoperability initiatives end at the roadmap. We exist to push past that point — building infrastructure where data flows accurately and securely across organizational boundaries, giving providers, payers, and public health agencies the information they need exactly when they need it.

Every engagement we take on is measured against a simple test: does it move data exchange from planned to operational? If it doesn't, we redesign until it does.

01

AI-Ready Data Foundations

Prepare healthcare organizations for reliable AI adoption through governed data pipelines, quality frameworks, and applied clinical AI that clinicians can trust.

02

National Network Participation

Accelerate TEFCA readiness, QHIN engagement, and standards-based exchange so organizations participate in national networks with confidence.

03

Automated Quality Measurement

Replace manual chart abstraction with CQL-driven, FHIR-native digital quality measures that make CMS reporting a byproduct of care delivery.

04

Production-Ready Solutions

Deliver proven tools for consent management, compliance monitoring, and clinical data access that move organizations from strategy to operational value.

Why Choose Neantix

We are not a general-purpose IT consultancy that added "interoperability" to a slide deck. Neantix was purpose-built for healthcare data exchange — with the standards authority, platform expertise, and engineering depth to deliver systems that hold up in production. Our leadership sits on the national committees that write the rules, our engineers build the systems that implement them, and our solutions portfolio means clients get working tools — not just recommendations.

01

National Standards Authority

Active HITAC member, USCDI Task Force contributor, ISWG Co-Chair, HL7 member, and Project US@ pilot lead. We shape the standards our clients must comply with.

02

Platform-Agnostic, Implementation-Proven

We work across leading integration engines, cloud platforms, and FHIR servers — selecting and implementing the right technology for your environment, not defaulting to a single vendor stack.

03

Consulting Plus Solutions

We don't just advise — we deploy. Our portfolio includes OneHealthConsent, USCDIMonitor, and CareLink — production-ready tools that accelerate the outcomes our consulting targets.

04

Policy-to-Production Execution

We operate at the intersection of federal mandates and production engineering. Every recommendation is designed to be implemented — not shelved.

05

Built for Healthcare, Exclusively

No cross-industry generalism. Every engagement, every solution, and every team member is focused on healthcare interoperability, data exchange, and the regulatory landscape that governs it.
